Cancellation & Refund Policy

We only accept returns for damaged products. If you receive a damaged product, you can request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Photographic evidence of the damaged product Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a instructions on how to send the product back to us. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy is to replace damaged products only. If a replacement product is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
